How often, have we heard T V evangelists trying to convince us that Satan is in control of this world and sometimes, I’ll have to admit, it appears that way, but the simple fact of the matter is that Jesus Christ is very much in control of worldly events. As I

continue to lay out for my readers the agenda of the One-worlders and the New World Order elite and their United Nations, - as I have been doing for the past several weeks - I am afraid that some will become all the more convinced that Satan must be running things.

Epiphanius, who created more species of ‘heretics’, single- handedly, than any other heresyologist, simply by labeling them ‘heretics’, tells us about one branch of the Early Church, whom he called the ‘Sethians’. They taught that when Jesus said, "All who came

before me were thieves and robbers’, he was speaking of the Old Testament prophets and the seven Elohim, whom they served. The Sethians held that each of the prophets prophesied according to his ability and level of spirituality, corresponding to the seven planetary

Archons. Originally, Ialdabaoth, chose Abraham to be the father of the Jewish people. And. Moses, Joshua, Amos Habakkuk, all prophesied by Ialdabaoth. Samuel. Nathan, Jonah and Micah were inspired by Iao. Elijah, Joel and Zechariah were the mouth-pieces of

Sabaoth (Tzabaoth); while Isaiah, Ezekiel, Jeremiah and Daniel prophesied by Adonai; Tobias and Haggai spoke according to Oreus; Ezra and Zephaniah prophesied by Astanteus.

But before I turn to some of the frightening turn of events in the world of Education, I must recount a conversation between Jesus and his disciples about the fall of Lucifer from heaven, to our world and how his angels lost their heavenly bodies and took on the appearance of

men. There are three gospel sources that relate the following conversation: "The disciples were shocked at the rebellion of Lucifer and the other angels. Jesus continued, Then the Father said, ‘Depart from me’ and so, Lucifer,, with

his tail, drew a third of the angels with him and they were cast down by the holy angels from the stewardship of the heavens. Lucifer then came into this firmament but could not find rest for himself or those who were with

him. He then entreated the Father ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you everything’. And the Father had mercy on him and his followers - giving them Seven Days."1

From these and other sources, we learn that Lucifer made an agreement with the Father to govern the world as wisely as he could and then turn over the reigns of government to Christ at an appointed time (after Seven Days). My conclusion is that the events we are about to explore are within the mind and purpose of God.

In his gloomy book ‘Earth in the Balance’, Al Gore promises us a "wrenching transformation of society".2 Just what did he mean? Within the past few days, two children were taken from a loving home and their foster parents in Oklahoma because they were being ‘forced to attend a

Christian Church’. Even though the brother and sister insisted that they were going to the church of their own volition, the juvenile authorities took them from the home anyway. The pretense of the state authorities is clearly seen, in that they purport to be protecting the children but obviously, the children have no say in the matter.

When the Conservatives in Colorado tried to have an amendment inserted into a new law, which was about to be passed, that would have protected Christian parents from being prosecuted, it was defeated. They wanted an amendment inserted, which would have read,

"Emotional abuse shall not be construed to include religious instruction." Hence, ‘SB 97-218 titled ‘Children’s Services’ took effect on July 1, 1997 and parents, who are seeking to train up their children in a Christian environment are now in fear of loosing their children. Impossible! you say? Just read on.

Nebraska State Senator, Peter Hoagland declared in 1982: "Fundamental, Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one-world global society, and their children will not fit in."3

I well remember when my wife Mary and I withdrew our two young sons from public schools for a year, so that we could teach them ourselves. Actually, my wife did the teaching. All I did was establish their curriculum and find the best text books. (Yes, we used McGuffey’s

Readers and many other great books.) My wife’s teaching skills were confirmed a year or so later, after we put them back into a public school. I asked one of my son’s teachers, who happened to be an old friend of mine, how they were doing when compared to the other students.

Charley Reese advised me, that he believed they were about two years ahead of the other children! !

The Kansas State Board of Education has issued a statement about QPA [Quality Performance Accreditation] which demands "new thinking, new strategies, new behavior and new beliefs".


School children all over the nation are being asked to sign the Healthy Practices Pledge. To most people this pledge sounds reasonable, but the truth is very sinister, especially, when we consider who came up with the idea in the first place and that it is open-ended and

can be interpreted to mean various things. Children, who refuse to sign the Pledge may be viewed as ‘mentally ill’ or ‘abused’ anyway. According to the ‘Teacher Training Manual’ issued by the National Training Institute for applied Behavioral Science, "Although they appear

to behave appropriately and seem normal by most cultural standards, they may actually be in need of mental health care in order to help them change, adapt, and conform to the planned society in which there will be no conflict of attitudes or beliefs."4

Parents should beware, when that school teacher visits your home. Today, they may well believe the propaganda that they are to report any suspicious activities, practices, or beliefs to the proper authorities. Even the children will be invited to report on their own families.

Donna Shalala said, " Challenge our young people to realize their important role in this seamless system. Many times, you as friends are the strongest link in the chain of contact. You know best when your brother, your sister or your friend is facing problems. . ."

David Satcher, the U.S. Surgeon-General and Assistant Secretary for Health, spoke to a National Healthy People Consortium in November 1998, saying, "We have a clear blueprint in place. Currently 47 states are actively involved in Healthy People 2000 and ‘Healthy

City and Healthy Community’ initiatives are being pursued throughout the country. Hundreds of national organizations have reviewed the Year 2000 objectives and have adopted them as their own."

He then went on to say, "Every child should be given the opportunity for a healthy start . . . No priority yet has generated as much interest and enthusiasm as this one on mental health. . ."

"....Our efforts will be focused on maintaining a system of global health surveillance . . ."Healthy People 2010 is the United States’ contribution to the World Health Organization’s call to the nations of the world to renew their commitment to health for all. . .." 5


Just in case you are wondering when the United Nations began calling for a new vision of ‘mental health, all we have to do is to go back to 1946, when the head of the World Health Organization, Brock

Chrisholm, a Canadian psychiatrist began complaining about Christian parents indoctrinating their "defenseless children" with "poisonous certainties", which he believed created problems.

He postulated, "The problem is no longer the germ of diphtheria, but rather the attitudes of parents, who are incapable of accepting and using proven knowledge . . . Surely the training of children in homes and schools should be of at least as great a public concern as their

vaccination . . . Individuals who have emotional disabilities of their own - guilts, fears, inferiorities - are certain to project their hates on to others. . . Such action now becomes a dangerous threat to the whole world. . . We must be prepared to sacrifice much . . . If it cannot be done gently, it may have to be done roughly or even violently . . ."

Today, the World Health Organization commands a vast agency known as Nations for Mental Health. Its stated goal is, "Governments will be assisted to formulate, implement, monitor and evaluate Mental Health policies. Mental health policies should enable all individuals

whose mental health is disturbed or whose psychological balance may be compromised to obtain services adapted to their needs and to promote the optimum development of the mental health of the population.6

Federico Mayor, Director-General of UNESCO has said, "The mission of UNESCO . . . is that of advancing . . . international peace and the common welfare . . . . We have witnessed . . . the resurgence of Nationalism, the growth of Fundamentalism and of Religious and

Ethnic Intolerance, the roots of exclusion and Hatred have shown themselves even deeper and more tenacious than we had feared. Peace, requires in the words of the Constitution, ‘the intellectual and moral Solidarity of mankind."7

As children are indoctrinated more and more to accept homosexual lifestyles as being equally as valid as hertogenous lifestyles or polyandry as being just as good as monogamy, they will begin to view anyone who opposes such notions as a ‘bigot’ and ‘intolerant and will be called on to report that person for the sake of their own mental health. Such

persons are also libel to be charged with ‘Hate Crimes’ and sentenced under a new species of law that turns common sense on its head. Most offenses, such as burning synagogues, assault and battery, etc. are already against the law. What our One Worlders want, is to punish people for their thoughts, not necessarily their deeds.

John Dunphy insists, "I am convinced that the battle for human kind’s future must be waged and won in the public school classroom by teachers who correctly perceive their role as proselytizers of a new faith . . . This war is between the rotting corpse of Christianity . . . and the future faith of Humanism . . . and Humanism will emerge triumphant."8

Donna Shalala, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, said in a speech to The National Children’s Health Initiative, in 1996, "From fully immunizing children by age two . . . to stopping domestic violence, we’re working to improve the lives of

young people from the cradle to young adulthood. And a strong part of our vision is the mental health of children. We believe that Mental health is just as important as physical health . . .maybe even more so."9

This is the same Donna Shalala, who gave us The National Mental Health Services Knowledge Exchange Network (KEN) This is their definition of ‘mental health’. "Mental health refers to how a person

thinks, feels, and acts when faced with life’s situations. It is how people look at themselves, their lives, and the other people in their lives . . . and explore choices."10

Professor Benjamin Bloom, the father of Out-Bound-Education (OBE) explains the "purpose of education and the schools is to change the thoughts, feelings and action of students."11

UNESCO’s 1995 report Our Creative Diversity states: Education must inform . . but it must also form, it must provide them with a sense of meaning to guide their actions . . ." "Education should promote ‘rational understanding of conflict, tensions, and the processes involved,

provoke a critical awareness . . . and provide a basis for the analysis of concepts that will prevent . . . chauvinist and irrational explanations from being accepted. . ."

"Its primary task is to provide information, explain and analyze problems and subject them to criticism . . . It should cover adults as well. The principle of lifelong education should be the aim of all societies."12

John Goodlad, head of the John Goodlad School of Teacher Training is located at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC, instructs his teachers, "Parents and the general public must be reached also, otherwise, children and youth enrolled in globally oriented programs may

find themselves in conflict with values assumed in the home. And then the educational institution frequently comes under scrutiny and must pull back." On another occasion, he complained, "Most youth still hold the same values as their parents and if we don’t resocialize, our system will decay."13


At the White House Conference on Hate Crimes (1997), President Bill Clinton reasoned, "There would almost have to be some sort of club or organization at the school, because, if you think about it, your parents are still pretty well separated . . . We have to find a disciplined,

organized way out of this so that we reach every child in an affirmative way before something bad happens. . ." He went on to suggest, "The Justice Department will make its own hate crimes training curriculum available. A lot of hate crimes still go unreported. . . If a

crime is unreported, that gives people an excuse to ignore it." He then announced a Justice Department website, which invites children to tell "trusted adults" about "hateful’ or exclusive attitudes, they see in their relatives at home or in friends at school.


Beloved friends, I am satisfied that we have come to that time which Jesus warned about - "the hour of testing, which shall come upon all the world to test those who dwell upon the earth".14 We must not allow what happened to the children of Israel

shortly after they had escaped from the bondage in Egypt. "And after that generation had been gathered to their fathers, there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor the mighty deeds he had done for Israel. And

the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD and served Baalim, forsaking the LORD God . . . which had brought them out of the land of Egypt."15

Let us heed the words of Jesus, "So then because you are lukewarm - neither hot or cold, - I will spit you our of my mouth. . . I consel you to buy from me, gold purified in the fire (real wealth), so that you may be truly rich and

white raiment (good works), that you may be clothed and the shame of your nakedness does not show; and eyesalve (true knowledge) so that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chastise. Be zealous therefore and repent."16.
